Due to COVID-19 issues our classes are online now. You can view a sample video of our down to earth type class on Saturday morning at 9:00 am Pacific time.
The cost is the same, $10 per class and you can pre-pay for the classes here on our website. You can pay for one class or as many as you wish.
These online classes are a little different than the in studio classes were. We are teaching for both the student that can get down on the floor on their mat and also for the student that would prefer to sit in the chair and do yoga in that way.
If you can't afford the class for this week, no problem, pay when you can, we don't keep score and tabs on when and how much you pay.
